Holding a BE (Civil) from CEPT, Ahmedabad and an M.Plan from SPA, Delhi, he combines engineering expertise with urban planning insight. His role on the managing committee of CREDAI-MCHI reflects his active industry engagement and leadership credibility.

Throughout his career, Gurminder has been instrumental in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, statutory approvals, and infrastructure integration across multiple developments. Known for his analytical discipline and structured execution methodology, he ensures that every project is built on strong legal, technical, and operational foundations.

A Business Management graduate from the University of Mumbai, he has further strengthened his expertise with a Post Graduation Diploma in Financial Management, an MBA in Marketing, and global certifications in Change Management, Strategy Management (IBMI, Germany), Digital Marketing (Google), and Strategic Sales Negotiation (Mercuri Goldman). This blend of academic rigour and on-ground execution gives him a rare combination of strategic clarity, operational depth, and market intelligence.
